There are many games that can be done without vision so that the player totally relies on and trusts their partner, coach or team leader. The blindfolded activities increase trust, rapport, coaching, listening and communication skills. Blindfolded activities are one of the better ways to improve team relationships and build trust. People that don't normally know each other (or work well together) find a way to communicate for a common goal. The similarities to the work environment can be made evident during the course of each activity at any point in the program -- so each activity can be custom tailored to meet your goals and objectives. Also, the games can be used strictly for fun and to relieve stress.
